This is a cool site.

Black Celebrity Giving aims to share “news, videos and photos of celebrity philanthropy, nonprofit organizations and causes that directly correlate with the black community.”

Founder and editor Jasmine Crowe created the site in 2011.

I liked this site for a lot of reasons, including timely features about people giving back.

Interesting posts include Why First Lady Michelle Obama is the Ultimate Change Maker, Tons of Black Celebrities Give Back to Flint, and Robin Roberts Named Honorary Harlem Globetrotter; Team Announces the Great Assist Initiative and 90-Year Celebration.

The Young, Black, and Fabulous is a popular black celebrity gossip blog.

Natasha E. is the writer and editor behind the site, which officially launched June 2005.

This is a pretty fabulous blog.

Urban Belle covers black celebrity news, which says “media just got a little more dope.”

The site actually is an online magazine for black women.

“Founded due to the lack of more realistic publications for young and educated black women, Urban Belle, a raw online magazine for black women was launched by three women with one vision: making a dent in media,” it says.
