9/11 Day Announces Worldwide Television Special in Tribute for 20-Year Remembrance of 9/11 to Air Exclusively on CNN at 7 P.M. EDT

In observance of the 20-year remembrance of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, the nonprofit 9/11 Day today (Sept. 2) announced plans to air a 1-hour national television special entitled Shine a Light.  The program will air the evening of Sept. 11, 2021, at 7 p.m. EDT.  9/11 Day, founded in 2002, created and annually organizes the federally recognized September 11 National Day of Service & Remembrance (known widely as “9/11 Day”).

BAY2BROOKLYN2021: Veterans and Firefighters Cycle Cross-Country in Honor of the Lives Lost on Sept. 11, 2001

On Aug. 1, 2021, a group of cyclists left Santa Clara, Calif. for the San Francisco Golden Gate Bridge to officially start a 3,800-mile ride across America.  The goal is to arrive in New York City and the Brooklyn Bridge in time for the 20th Anniversary of 9/11.

NAMI Is Here to Help for Feelings of Trauma, as Anniversary of 9/11 Approaches

The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) today (Sept. 8) released the following statement from CEO Daniel H. Gillison Jr. in advance of the 20th anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks:  “This week, we solemnly remember the thousands we lost on Sept. 11, 2001, and we offer our lasting thanks to the helpers and heroes of that day and the days that followed.”

Barchart Raises U.S. Crop Production Forecasts and Cuts Canadian Estimates
